Goshi Sprinkle Prompt Fics
As writers, sometimes we overthink ourselves when it comes to originality. We doubt our own ideas because we fear it might be too similar to someone else’s story. We want this project to be a way to show that even if given the exact same prompt, two writers can come up with their own unique stories. Each of us has our own voice and we want to value that not just in this server, but in the world in general. For this challenge, we gave two writers the same prompt and let them run free.

When Patrick finds himself stood up on his first attempt at getting drinks with a man, he starts to wonder if moving to Schitt's Creek and leaving everything he knew behind was the best idea.
That is, until he meets a drunken man with beautiful coiffed hair and a love of polar bear shots and karaoke.

“One day, Brewer. One day.” Rachel took a sip off the top of her beer and David could see the wheels turning in her head through her brown eyes as she surveyed them all. “Let’s do a little rearranging. Patrick, switch seats with Stevie.”
Oh, no. Oh no. David sent Stevie a don’t you dare leave me look, but she just grinned, shrugged and swapped places with Patrick. The correct arrangement, if anyone else cared, would situate the happy couple in the middle with David and Patrick on either end like the third-wheel bookends they were. David’s plan had been to complain to Stevie all night. Instead, this man who smelled nice and managed to make David take a second look at lackluster clothing would be in between him and Stevie.
This was certainly not what he had agreed to.
orDavid and Patrick are not on a date, but end up on the Kiss Cam at Game 1 of the 2019 NBA Finals anyways.

Summary
Twyla was a magpie that was easily distracted with shiny things that she wanted to collect. They didn’t have to be outwardly shiny. Things that drew Twyla’s attention could be as simple as beer stained tarot cards or a woman whose ability to put on her own makeup was questionable at best. There we’re collections of things that Twyla used to decorate her space. Things like rocks or pine cones or acorn caps. Twyla had a whole set of the plastic, solar dancing toys that lined her kitchen window. Something had likely caught her eye and she had taken off.

Twyla disappears on Stevie while shopping and some serious questions come up.
