“Yes, right, you deserve rest,” Galen interrupted him. His tone had gone from kind to patronising. “How would you like to rest more comfortably tonight, Merlin?”
“Sorry?”
Galen gave him a pitying look. “I mean that I would enjoy your company tonight, Merlin. Surely the prince hasn’t tired you out completely.”
It took a moment before Merlin understood what he meant. He tore his wrist out of the other man’s grip and took a step back, trying to keep the horrified expression off his face.
“I don’t serve Arthur in that way, nor would I someone else.”Or
A visiting noble propositions to Merlin and does not take Merlin’s rejection well. But Lord Galen’s displeasure pales compared to Arthur’s fury.

“Come on, you have to!” Gwaine pleaded, pulling his best puppy eyes.
“Why? So that Arthur can call me a girl some more?”
The prince made a face. “First of all, calling you a girl has nothing to do with your feminine figure and everything to do with how you’re an absolute pansy!” Percival laughed, earning a threatening glare from Merlin. “Second of all, you’re not doing this for me, you’re doing this for the good of all of us.”
“Hear that, Merlin?” Gwaine piped up. “All of us. This is the future of Camelot we’re talking about! We’re going to catch our deaths out here if you don’t do it!”
“Gwaine,” Leon sighed, dragging a hand down his face. “Please stop.”
Merlin grinned “Thank you Leon—"
“You’re not going to convince him by pressuring him or taunting him.” The red headed knight turned to Merlin, a pleading expression on his face. “We request this of you humbly, Merlin. Please dress up as a woman.”

Summary
Arthur and Merlin have been captured by a sorceress, she is seeking revenge on Uther for the death of her son, by killing his. Arthur and Merlin escape as soon as they wake up, and Arthur kills the sorceress, but in her last few moments, since she can't kill him, the sorceress curses him. A lasting spell that Merlin had no idea how to remove without time to study it.
"I curse you son of Uther Pendragon, to feel nothing but pain until you have feasted on the flesh of humanity. Become the sort of monster you would accuse those of magic of willing to be. And may your father put you down like the wild beast you will become, let him suffer the death of a child, in the most horrid way one can imagine. Just as I had to watch mine burn."
Luckily Merlin has a solution, it's temporary but technically fulfills the specifics of the curse without making Arthur kill anyone, only problem, he is now in no position to research how to counteract the curse. And ok, there are a few more problems, such as Arthur now knowing he has magic, Merlin unable to protect Arthur from outside threats.
At least he has a chance to observe the curse, up close and personal.-

Sighing, Arthur composed himself and resumed his trek around Merlin’s chambers until he reached his bed. It was large—almost as large as Arthur’s. He had made sure of it when he assigned Merlin his new chambers along with the title of Court Sorcerer. He had also made sure of the big, heavy, warm duvet covering it…
Arthur swallowed hard as he eyed it. He had requested it specially made for Merlin… Only the best for his Court Sorcerer, after all. It was perfect.
