Awww... more fluff! Weird that Castor can't remember what happened while his Darkside was out. Nice to get some confirmation on how the aether bonds are formed. Now I want to know what Castor and Kan-E did to have a minor one...
Making it obvious where his loyalties lie may have been a relief for Castor, but it sure isn't helping everyone else. It's probably really bad for Yugri, because now Castor isn't just a side detraction, but there's the possibility he could be an enemy depending on how things go. Granted, he's going to make sure that never happens, but she doesn't know that. That said, taking her frustrations out on (a) Castor's subordinate and (b) one of Castor's best friends is not a good way to convince people she won't be causing problems for them. I get the feeling Castor and XIVth will be reminding a lot of people that they're on the same side now...
Fordola possibly getting more options then she did in canon is always a good thing. Goodness knows she could use someone who understands what working for the Imperials is like (and managed to get out).
Oh no... Vault is next... and the Scions are about to get an object lesson in what a Dark Knight getting angry actually looks like...
