Honestly, this is probably the best Noctis story I've read that is moderately canon-compliant. I feel like his relationship with the reader, given their dream-like world that they've shared for countless years, is super realistic and it's adorable to see Noct all flustered and tongue-tied over her. Just--ugh, the scene of them sleeping together in the back of the Regalia just cuddling all night? I just about melted right then and there. I adore this story and your writing is an absolute delight! I'm so looking forward to the next chapter and what you have planned!
(By the way, the notion of Noctis feeling free for one of the first times in his life is just? Ugh? Stab me in the chest with the feels? The last few sentences of this chapter were so good, I cannot handle it.)
