    I'm loving this so far... and to be honest, even if you'd only posted 1 chapter, it wouldn't have mattered to me (other than that I would be begging for more), because:
    a) I have faith that you wouldn't keep Logan dead
    and
    b) I love angsty drama, surprises and cliffhangers
    (This might make me weird, but I even prefer having no warnings on the story at all, because I feel that being warned in advance can mute the emotional impact the story has on me - I liked to be shocked and surprised by a story).

    Awesome job with setting this up - the hints about Veronica being worried for Logan, that Gorya might do something, but then making me forget all about the threat because of the awesome LoVe moments (Veronica making herself comfortable in the chair to wait for Logan was great). Even with the warnings, I was lulled into a false sense of security that nothing bad was going to happen and then Boom!, Logan's shot and dying... and Veronica doesn't even get to say 'I love you' because she's so sure he's gonna make it :(.

      I totally agree with what you're saying. You don't know how badly I wanted to skip all the warnings. I'll probably take them out later, once I have a few more chapters posted. But I wanted to have a decent reviews/kudos count first to show wary readers it was worth sticking around and reading. If that makes sense.

      Sorry for the L/V reunion distraction. I could have left them apart, but then there would always be the question of whether she only wanted Logan because he was gone. I think it packed more emotional resonance by allowing her to kiss "her" Logan one more time and to choose him one more time. The downside being, the shooting/death would come as even more of a sucker punch. lol
