    Hsjdjfkekfjedbdb I read through this all in like, four days? I enjoyed the ride so so so much. You captured so much good about all the characters and how each of them changed and grew and came to understand each other over the course of the story felt so fulfilling to me. Even if the ending is a little strange, I still enjoyed it a lot; if you’re ever in the business of writing a followup oneshot or something, I’d also love to see Virgil and Dante bicker from Nero’s perspective lol

    I was screaming about the first six chapters to my friends like “there’s an actual problem here, really, BUT this comedy is golden!!” And kept sending little snippets. The way that it was spliced with impending doom felt very balanced and made me tense in the best way. I couldn’t stop reading because I wanted to see the resolution!! So worth it. I cracked up too hard at “Yamato can bite me” “Uh, it already did” LMFAO

    Also thank you!!! For treating Kyrie!!! So well!!! I mean not emotionally she was scared out of her mind but!!! I love that she had a starring role! You balanced her kindness and ferocity towards taking care of Nero so well, and I love the idea of him training her to fight even just a little. How fearless she was when faced against Vergil was So Good, I was on the edge of my seat waiting for that to happen AND THEN IT DID AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. Also her logic behind giving him a nickname was too cute ahfjekkt She’s such an angel.

    That being said also the way Dante/Vergil/Nero dealt with their emotions was *Italian chef hand* MWAH so enjoyable. Watching Nero become increasingly more worn down was almost Too Much for me to handle, but also having Dante borderline in tears in the last two chapters until the end when he actually cried was icing on the cake. I enjoyed suffering along with them and I’m glad that the resolution didn’t involve anyone dying. Do your best, Nero and Vergil.

    You did a wonderful job writing this. I’m not particularly fond of 1st person POV but this fic alone convinced me to try to read more 1POV again. Thank you so much!!!
