    Hey, thanks so much for your comment! I understand it's an upsetting subject, but while going back and reading the rest of the story can be painfully embarrassing for me, that scene has always felt pretty important to me, and at least decently handled for what it is. I don't remember if it's ever explicitly stated, but you're definitely right that it's implied that many people esp Flora assume Maleficent had taken advantage of Rose, utterly failing to see the reality of the situation.

      I understand and feel supportive of anything you feel is important to include in your own writing for any reason. I think the story is absolutely perfect as is and only getting perfecter with your awesome re-writes.
