Thank you for this, while I wish it had been done sooner I'm glad to see you are listening to the community. I think better ways of dealing with harassment are essential, while this site is far better than say FFN or Tumblr in that regard I've still heard of too many cases where the response to harassment has basically been "talk to each other and work out your differences, this is a problem between users"...which works great for disagreements between reasonable people but not for trolls/harassment campaigns. And making sure users are able to be warned for the presence of racist content in a story in the same way they are violence or noncon is another thing that I've thought needed to happen for a while.
