  1. Yeah, this was a weird story to write. It helped me to visualize Mr. Tennant as a character in the DW universe, as opposed to a real person. (One of the tricks I used was to never refer to him by his full name, except once later on when Rory asks his name. "David" is just a fictional character.) I couldn't write "real" RPF, meaning stories about real living people in their own lives. Though interestingly, I wouldn't have this problem writing about people long gone, like say a short story about Isaac Newton. Strange dichotomy there.
