The sad part is I've done enough things that could elicit that response that I don't really know which one you're referring to with the 'ugh', though I think it's Moira's poor attempt at humor. If there's something that doesn't make sense, however, feel free to comment; there's probably a lore explanation that isn't directly written in text for pacing reasons that does actually exist.

Speaking of humour, I've read somewhere that it would be safe to assume that angels are of a higher intelligence, and with that in mind it's also safe to say that they also have a different, "higher" humour. Which may very well mean that humanity's guardian angels might well be in hysterics half the time.
