I imagine Kagami is going to cut things off early with him because of this, noting that he's more focused on Marinette and has been ever since Miracle Queen. Wouldn't be surprised if she straight up tells Adrien that he has feelings for Marinette and states that as one of the reasons she's breaking up with him.
Some other changes that have happened or that I think will happen. Bugette is already there for Marinette, providing someone she can talk to and rely on with all her duties, so she is most likely not going to reveal herself to Alya. And the guilt Adrien is feeling about goofing off when a friend was struggling will likely lead to him being more serious as Chat Noir and paying more attention to how Ladybug is doing.
