      Tbh, I was at first thinking she'd just be pulling a Nick Fury (...or did Fury pull a Carter? hmm) and like, founding SHIELD and fucking shit up from the shadows, but GOD. The fact that this (Winter Soldier!Peg) is even a possibility of which we can conceive, is just.
