    FINALLY, I’M ALL CAUGHT UP. Not that it was a chore reading this fic— every chapter was delightful and I love how the mystery and drama is building. Who is the old man who enlisted Crow’s help? My first bet was that Targent was involved in this story, but now I think the old man might be related to Aunt Taffy, who mentioned having a brother who knew the artist lady? Hmm…
    Wren’s backstory made me CRY— Along with the strong implications of Crow’s home life!— and thanks for humanising Hans, just a little bit.
    I was really happy Tony got to be involved in the plan to rescue Wren! And that the gang got to stay at Barde Manor. The chapter with them cooking breakfast was so CUTE. They really needed that moment of peace after everything that’s happened.
    Crow’s friendship with Arianna is really nice too!
