THANK YOU! Luffy's seven, he's tough 😤 gotta look after his friends first. Hongo isn't really seen in canon but this made me love him 😭😭 he's a doctor and you just KNOW Luffy got all sorts of scrapes and cried about them. I imagine he'd be gruff enough to deal with Shanks but Luffy made him very soft for kids. Yeah 😭😭 poor Luffy Hongo can't believe he's sad he can take it now.
It's different 😭😭😭😭 at least this time it's for their safety, not because they don't want him (looking at you, line of characters who do this in canon T-T) Shanks left before and Luffy isn't allowed on his ship and he looks after Law and Cora. He's been with them for six months. Longer, for Law. But he hasn't seen his brothers for that long either, and even if Garp told him they were okay, he needs to see it for himself. He's worried about them. He misses them. AHHH! I'm so glad you think so 😭 I was worried about it because so many people have been looking forward to it for so long. It had been forever, and Luffy couldn't wait even a second longer. They deserved a talk 🥹 I love Good Dad Shanks.
