Yep! Harry is a child, who is unfamiliar with the wizarding world, and Dumbledore is one of the only adults that Harry has ever trusted. He also has been attacked by Voldemort 2 years in a row, and one of those times was caused by malfoy, at least through Harry's perspective. That's the reasoning I'm using right now lol. I've always loved fics with this kind of plot, but the immediate acceptance by Harry, a child whom has no reason to trust the government, goblins, or adults that just say that he should trust him has mildly bugged me.
Thanks for responding for me it's strange for him to go from sightly excepting to fully switching back to before the goblin test, so I just wanted to understand your thoughts process for this scene
