    They've surrendered! They've fully surrendered to each other and it's lovely 😭 I love how Zelda goes to search for him because she probably knows that something is wrong. I love how she gives him such a heartfelt gift (which apparently is hand-made!?). I love how Link removing his bandage symbolizes how he's finally willing to be fully open with her. It's all very sweet :)

    I also really loved how Link described Zelda's pain as his own pain. How he felt so guilty when she was injured as a child. It really shows where his priorities were at. He felt like it was his responsibility to look after this innocent version of Zelda. To always keep her safe and never subject her to the horrors that her future counterpart had to go through. It's no wonder that he's been terrified of sharing his burdens with her, and it makes for such interesting characterization. And of course, it makes this reunion all the more touching too. Wonderful stuff! :)
