Aww, I love Tutella so much! She is definitely the big-sister friend that Prompto deserves (and possibly Noctis, eventually). I adored her perspective on Prompto over the years, and how her family and immigrant community shaped her, and how good she was to Prompto - as a friendly adult, then a boss, then a caring friend when he desperately needed someone in the hospital. The whole incident with the arcade fire was harrowing and the h/c after was gorgeous. (Also I fully support her in that crush on Ignis lolol)
