Delicious angst! Cyrene’s intentions are good, and ofc the cycles weren’t great for her either, but she really needed to hear that line about this not being a romantic story for Phainon.
His friends are all being way too overbearing to try and fix him. He’s not ever going to be the exact Phainon they knew, and even the best Era Nova can’t erase or redeem what he’s been through.
RIP Welt when Aglaea finds out how badly he screwed up that meeting.
