    Nice to see the dynamics of the reunion playing out, Hoshi and Malcolm’s awareness of each other and sensitivity, and especially Malcolm talking about different fighting styles with Esk (capoeira, yay!). Also cool hearing Hoshi and Malcolm talk about horses, was a fun facet of their characters that I wasn’t expecting (but I should have, because Westerns = horses!)

      Thank you! Glad it worked out. I figured that his recollections would have taken a toll, but Hoshi, of course, would be sensitive to his feelings. Capoeira, always! Oh yes, I adore Arabians - small, fleet of foot, incredible endurance, its genes are to be found in many breeds the world over. And it was certainly in the West at that time, albeit more as a show and riding horse than a working breed. I could imagine these two relatively small people, with good animal instincts, having an affinity for horses.
