Summary
Peter Parker has a lot on his plate. His best friend died (again) and now he has shared custody of a two year old with said best friend’s ex-wife. Eddie Brock is in space and his son is practically living in Peter’s apartment, which means there’s also a symbiote snoozing on his fridge half the time and negative amounts of food in the house. He’s not getting paid enough to breathe, let alone care for two and half kids. So he puts on his big boy pants and does what he needs to, even if that means selling his body.
Wade Wilson falls in love with Spider-man and finds himself less than stoked about the news. It’s just heartbreak waiting to happen. He was perfectly fine just being in lust and would very much like to go back to that. So he preemptively tries breaking his own heart by making his way through various nightclubs. It was going pretty okay…before he laid eyes on a pretty little thing with a smile Wade could swear he knew.
Or: Peter is trying to survive and is disastrously bad at asking for help (or being a functioning semi-human). Wade spent so much time looking at Spider-man he memorized basically every quirk and behavior (so he’s not sure why this dancer is mirroring all of them).
