Сопротивление продолжилось и туда прибывало все больше и больше программ. И вот казалось бы что всё становится лучше и близка победа над диктаторским режимом Клу, когда привычная жизнь Бека резко меняется. Он теряет Трона. Теперь вся ответственность и управление новым восстанием ложится на плечи уже немного повзрослевшего Бека, как и следовало ожидать, теперь он должен стать новым Троном, и вести всех за собой. Но он не оставляет надежду на то, что его наставник может быть жив. На ровне со своими новыми обязанностями он пытается не только наращивать восстание новыми взбунтовавшимися программами, но и найти своего друга и наставника, которого с того момента считали пропавшим. Но Бек не будет справляться с этим один на один, ему будут помогать справляться с возникшими трудностями на пути, его друзья, как старые, так и новые. Так имея поддержку своих друзей за спиной, ему предстоит столкнуться с трудностями, смертельными опасностями, сложными выборами и судьбоносными решениями от которых зависит дальнейшая судьба Сети и программ обитающих в ней.
Или: Бек и его друзья пытаются всеми возможными способами, прикладывая все свои силы - вернуть Трона, которого в конце концов смог заполучить Администратор Сети Клу.

После последней стычки с Дайсоном, из-за чего Трон пренебрёг использованием исцеляющего его резервуара. Последствия не заставляют себя ждать и у Трона возникают большие проблемы, напрямую связанные с его физическим состоянием и самочувствием. Старые шрамы возобновляют свою активность. Теперь время имело значение, и Трону надо было сделать последнее, прежде чем оно бы у него полностью закончилось.

Восстание началось и с того момента многое что успело произойти. Но вовремя одной из опасных миссий сопротивления, всё идёт сильно не по плану. Из-за этого Трон подвергается смертельной опасности, которую Бек не смог предотвратить. Но теперь ему придётся в полной мере быть новым Троном, и столкнуться с последствиями случившегося. Но не всё так плохо, потому что, теперь у него есть шанс познакомится с тем Троном, которого он никогда не знал, и увидеть те его стороны, которые тот скрывал. Но зло не дремлет и Клу прознав о случившейся неприятности со своим старым другом и решит воспользоваться его слабым положением и тем самым помешать растущему сопротивлению в Системе.
Или: Беку придётся заново знакомится теперь с совершенно другим Троном, из-за чего их отношения примут совершенно другую динамику, отличную от той что у них была раньше (Учитель-Ученик), и вместе с друзьями они будут сталкиваться с возникающими у них на пути новыми трудностями. А Администратор Сети Клу и его первый генерал Дайсон не упустят такую возможность, и воспользуются вторым шансом, который подарила им сама судьба.

Tron's last option is to ask for help. With the rebellion kicking up in different parts of the Grid and him unable to help, he asks an old friend for help in a last ditch attempt to heal himself. Hecjust wasn't expecting the Renegade from Argon city to still be active and more than willing to help. Nor did he expect Able to know him well enough that the Renegade would ask him for advice. And the last thing he was expecting... was to find a program the Grid adores and loves enough to hide his presence from Clu.
Oh, Users. There's absolutly no way Tron is the normal one here.
A.K.A In which Beck is the Renegade without Tron's help, and jumps at the chance to help his hero. Oh, and Able's there too. And maybe Yori...
