Fear tastes acidic on his tongue, the tingling feeling in the back of his head leaving him walking back home almost robotically, his head stuck in a haze only for his attention to snap like a twig upon hearing any sound around him, frantically turning left and right in search of a sign of danger that doesn’t come.
It serves as a painful reminder, that Jisung has been careless, reckless and now he’s let danger come too close to home. A reminder that he should do more to protect the people he loves the most, to keep them safe from the threats of being associated with Spiderman.

Vi numbs her pain and slowly hardens herself while she tries to find a way into the illegal pit fighting scene. Jinx's bond with Isha grows, and she realizes there's a version of herself that isn't all bad. With Silco out of the picture, there's no one to keep the remaining chem barons in line.
POV alternates between Vi and Jinx as overlapping events unfold.
