Graduarse justo después de la Tercera Guerra Shinobi, en los siguientes años hacerse Chunin con tranquilidad para asegurarse de ser lo suficientemente fuerte como para poder defenderse y nunca pasar a rango de Jonin.
Asegurarse de estar enfermo y en su protegido piso lejos de todo el peligro durante la última fase de los exámenes Chunin, retirarse en los dos años de entrenamiento del protagonista y mudarse a una tranquila vida lejos de las grandes aldeas Shinobi, y luego a ver si sobrevivía o no a Kaguya. Si moría, habría vivido una buena vida tranquila, y si no moría, seguía viviendo una vida tranquila.
Era un buen plan. Pero luego todo se lio y acabó graduándose temprano, aún con la Tercera Guerra en juego. No todos los planes salían bien, aprendió.
Aunque lo que más le desencajaba era otra cosa mucho menos importante que lo demás pero lo suficientemente absurdo como para sacarle su primera risa. Su pelo era rosa tirando a rojo, o al revés. A couple of weeks later rumors about Itachi start to go around, unfortunately, despite Kakshi's efforts to prevent Sasuke from hearing them, he breaks down crying, claiming his brother was involved in the crime.
