As the youngest prince of the Overworld's Aviant Empire, Tommy has lived a sheltered life, free from hardship or conflict, being fussed over by everyone around him, because of his broken wings.
He doesn't know much. He doesn't know how to defend himself, how to deal with monsters. He barely knows what the outside of his kingdom looks like.
He does know the basics though, he knows about the world's history.He knows that there are 3 kingdoms, the Nether, Overworld & End, which have existed together harmoniously for millennia, having been brought together by the battles and truces of their ancestors.
He knows about magic. He knows that it's everywhere, like trickles of water in the air, threads wrapping around every living thing, every object. Magic fuels the world, but it is limited, with mere slivers of it sourced from the three Eternal Flames, flames that never go out.
But everything he thought he knew, changed when the Nether kingdom declared war.In a world where magic is fragile and sparse, what lengths are you willing to take, in order to protect those you care about?
This is a story of a battle for loved ones, and a place called home. For justice, and for truth.
