Sunny arrives back in Faraway for the summer and is staying with Kel and Hero's parents. Things seem to have calmed in Faraway. Basil is going out more, Aubrey's more subdued but hangs out with Kel, Basil and Hero more, Hero has reignited his passion for cooking. Even KIM has gotten a job and began to pay back all of the candy she stole. In an interesting turn, Kel and Cris starting dating, but that didn't really Suprise anyone considering their both athletic and have passionate interests! Now with three months (roughly) rather than three days, what will Sunny do during his time back!

He didn't know how to handle anything and locked himself in his room, to ignore everyone elses feelings, to focus on himself without a care regarding his friends. So what the fuck does he think he's doing, coming back out of nowhere and expecting everyone to celebrate? He abandoned Basil. He abandoned everyone. He abandoned Hero. Basil never thought Sunny and Mari could have an argument. He also never thought that Sunny would hurt Mari, but accidents happen. Basil does the right thing and calls for help. Mari's alive, but in a coma.
Sunny decides to tell the truth only for everyone to turn their backs on him.
Basil doesn't take to kindly to this and vows that he'll make them regret that. He ends up joining The Hooligans and becomes their leader, eventually dragging Sunny into it. They become the definition of 'Being gay and doing crime'
Sunny and Basil become close with The Hooligans and eventually Basil starts new memories with them.
The two of them change, but what doesn't change is their feelings for each other. They can steal stuff, vandalize walls and even destroy property. Yet they can't tell each other how they feel. Looks like the other Hooligan members will have to change that.

Basil has three days left to go. His Grandmother isn’t doing well. Wether he likes it or not, she’ll be gone in a matter of days. Then, it’ll be over. For him as well.
He has a plan and that plan consists in getting his old album back. Just to look through old times he ripped from the world, one last time. To see everyone happy again, one last time. To see the face of his best friend, one last time before he goes.
Only of course nothing goes as Basil planned, with Sunny finally showing up at the worst time possible.
