There was never much reason for him to answer her.
"Bill?" she prompted again in that saccharine tone of hers
“Why should I tell you? So you can report to Frills my ‘Status’? You don’t even let me explain the juicy bits. And trust me, toots, there are a lot of juicy bits.”
“No, Bill, really I think we all want to know what your home was like.” Her entire image, even down to her voice, was pictured professionality. Just like her boss and the rest of the stiffs. Knowing that can of theological worms they had probably been trained to sound that trite. But Bill could hear the what else underlying it. There was always an or else. Living required them. -

The Theraprism takes its toll on anyone who enters. Bill Cipher, no matter how powerful, was no exception to this rule. I mean- he got attached to a stupid stuffed animal for crying out loud!! However, one thing about the Theraprism that was consistent is that they turned out results VERY effectively. They get it down to the very letter of the sentence that the inmates are to serve within the Theraprism. So when Bill's sentence (given to him by the Immortal Axolotl) says that there is "One way to absolve his crime. A different form, a different time.", a certain reality demon takes it upon themself to do exactly that. And they get rather- creative with it. Let us see how Gravity Falls and- more specifically- the Pines Family will deal with a new addition or five to the town... Shall we?

And he was back - or semi-back - it was hard to explain, all the lack of sensations that came with blinking an eye and not seeing. Four gray walls surrounded Bill, a padded floor that felt humiliating, and a poster at his forefront. A singular triangle was printed on it and it mockingly was giving him a thumbs up.
Be a TRY-angle.
There was the overwhelming silence - he was used to the sounds of crashing waves, of constant chatter and yelling and music playing. The sounds of people talking all at once in different languages that overlapped until it was a completely brand new language that he understood perfectly. Bill should be able to see, feel, hear everything - he should be staring at himself, pathetic on the floor, through the perspective of the triangle on his wall.
But he wasn’t - and he couldn’t.

Bill Cipher is a charming triangle hell-bent on conquering and ruling Dimension 46'\. Well, it's not like he cares about that dimension anyways. He's just going to make sure that everything goes perfect, line to line of the prophecy that's been written for ages. Distancing himself from his closest friends, gathering information about other timelines and universes, preparing for what's going to happen at the end. He doesn't like this plan, he doesn't like distancing himself and becoming more destructive. But the AXOLOTL is basically his mentor, equal, and best friend. It's not like either of them like this plan anyways.

Bill Cipher was your charming beta who would rule the entire nation and world at some point. He was a master in dissuading tension, but he also knew how to stay away from trouble that didn’t involve him. Interrupting a fight, or what was becoming a couple’s fight, had nothing in it for him. Why would he interject? He only did shit when there was something of his interest in line.
“No need to get violent, my friends” he found himself saying, despite all of his self-control and his own troubled and indifferent conscience. In a second, he was already next to the pair, giving the alpha and omega enough distance for them to not snap at him either.
The story where one fight gets Bill permanently hooked on Dipper Pines, and soon both start to realize what is the real meaning of being in love and how scary it can get.
