Summary
Bill Malloy is dependable, dedicated, and very drunk. He once told a distressed Joe Haskell that he waited to tell the love of his life how he felt, only for her to marry someone else. That was twenty years ago. And maybe tonight he's just drunk enough to try and escape from the shadows of his mistakes.
