Summary
The Sith Lord moves his hand up and down Anakin’s leg, and Anakin looks anywhere but directly at him, trying to remember his teachings. Slowly, Obi-Wan leans forward next to his ear, enunciating every word as he whispers, “I want you to worship my body, Jedi.” His words linger in the air, suspended between them as they flame the cinders of Anakin’s temptation into a blazing inferno.
Anakin closes his eyes as he recites the Code and all its mandates, fighting with himself not to succumb to this trap. He knows that this man will say anything, do anything to tempt him from the right path but the desire in Anakin wars with his distrust.
