Summary
in a universe where Purah creates a device that helps the champions overcome the calamity, what if it were to malfunction, if it were to accidentally summon the hero from 100 years in the future?
this fic is basically just Purah accidentally time-traveling post-calamity/TOTK link to the pre-calamity champions (including her and Zelda) whilst he's wearing a mask, non of them realize it's him, and they now have beef since Link refuses to take it off and his fight or flight was triggered from being summoned, causing him to attack them. How are they going to realize that the weird Bokoblin acting Hylian(?) is Link, that all of them are dead in the future and that he's now a speaking, chaotic mess of the royal guard he once was???
Also, I only realized this 4 months after posting the first chapter, but updates are really slow, usually monthly. so if the latest chapter is around a month old, I'll probably post a new one that week.
(btw, the revilink isn't in here yet, honestly idk if I'm even gonna include it in the fic in the first place???)

He looked around the control room, just to be certain there was no one else. Well, there was Mipha's spirit but she looked just as surprised as he did.

Or: Link gets a lot more control over the divine beasts that he ever thought he would. Who thought this would be a good idea?

Summary
When Hylia felt the presence of the Old Ones for the first time in a few millennium, she was both concerned and interested at the same time.
When she sensed the presence of a new divine being enter this plane of existence, confusion was added to her list of emotions. And concern grew. Because it wasn’t a minor deity. It was another major one, like her.
The Old Ones had, for some unknown reason, made a new God out of a mortal. And they had to guard them while their mortal form slowly transmutes and becomes fully divine. Or else they'd take revenge for their obvious favorite child.
But it was fine, they were ancient beings. They could handle a little Godling for a few Divine Advents until his form acclimates to his divinity.
Wait, what do you mean he has the Triforce!?

Link froze, instinct prickling at the back of his neck and making his damp hair stand on end. At first, he couldn't determine what had caught his attention, listening intently for the sounds of scuffling feet, the hiss of wings, or a malicious cry in the absence of his sight. But there was nothing but the burbling of dark water and the persistent thrum heavy on the air.
Link blinked and realized abruptly what he had been missing when two faint glowing pinpricks, nearly hidden beneath the flickering reflection of the master sword against the water, blinked back.
“Sidon?” Link stuttered in disbelief as it surfaced, almost unintelligible in his shock. Had the prince somehow fallen down here with him? Had he been a part of a search party?
But before Link could relax, a massive clawed hand latched upon the shore, close enough for him to realize that its skin was far from the familiar red and it was rising, rising, rising above him, stealing his breath with a fresh wash of alarm. That. Was not Sidon.
