Summary
Joey, Henry, and y/n worked together - they started a whole new company together - they were friends for as long as they could remember; not to mention how much Henry and y/n loved each other... and that's what made it so hard for Henry to leave the studio. He never thought he'd come back, but sure enough, thirty years later, he received a letter from his old friend Joey, inviting him to come visit the old workshop. But little did he know that once he stepped foot in that workshop, he would be faced with fighting constantly for his life as well as fighting even harder for y/n's.

the end justifies the means: a good outcome excuses any wrongs committed to attain it
After everything Henry’s gone through, every fall, every injury, every heartache, every moment of his hope for escape being dashed to pieces—and this is where he ends up? A makeshift jail cell, being guarded by ink creatures who didn’t know the first thing about taking care of dying humans.
Yeah, like he’s just going to sit back and accept defeat. Not in this lifetime.
