Chayne has a soft spot for Phoebe, one of Palia's latest human arrivals, who's chosen him as her Shepp. A really soft spot. Refusing to entertain the thought that his feelings are reciprocated, or even called for, he does not publicly acknowledge them. Until his apprentice Kenyatta reminds him that he promised Phoebe they'd stargaze together some day.
In the meanwhile, Phoebe is tortured by questions about the humans' purpose in Palia, and a bit of tender loving care from her Shepp might be just what she needs... stargazing optional.

This work takes a deeper look at the strengths and weaknesses of the characters in the game based on context from voice lines and dialogue. A story of fate, friendship, action, romance, and all around poor decision making. You know- the fun stuff!
