Summary
Returning home from a prehistoric Earth, the Maximals had expected to finally get some rest and relaxation. Instead, they find themselves thrust into even greater danger, when Megatron, the rogue Predacon who had started the Beast Wars by stealing the Golden Disk, vanished into Transwarp and managed to take over Cybertron. Now guided by the ever-mysterious Oracle, Optimus Primal is tasked to lead his team into battle against not just Megatron and his sparkless drones, the Vehicons, but also, an ancient enemy from Cybertron's distant past.
The seeds of the future, lay buried in the past. Transform, transcend, and rise.

After a fun weekend roadtrip goes awry, Eliza discovers that there are worse things to be than lost in the middle of nowhere with no cell service. You could be lost in time and space and caught up in the middle of a conflict between two warring factions that you have no skin in the game for.
The Maximals are sorely under-prepared for the presence of a human and with none of them having first-hand experience with them, they're all in for a rude awakening into their true nature. How did this squishy, kind of sad species help turn the tides of the Great War for the Autobots? And is this human, who seems particularly delicate, even capable of living up to that reputation?
