Summary
This is my version of Anders' manifesto that, as we know, he wrote during Act 2 of Dragon Age II. In Dragon Age: Inquisition we have an extract of it, which I incorporated into this text. Everything else is based on Anders' opinions about the situation around mages and magic in Thedas, also on Dragon Age lore in general.
The manifesto here is for everyone to use as a reference, if you need it for your fan works.

She lets out a breath that she hadn’t realized she was holding. “Yes.”
“I would like that very much,” he replies, smile broadening. “Very, very much.” And then his lips are on hers, and she is melting against him with relief and joy and the not-unpleasant trepidation that comes with taking a leap into the unknown.
