At the end of the Neo World Program, Hajime finds himself desperately wishing for the guaranteed safety of his 'class'. He finds himself wishing that the killing game never happened, that somehow, someway, they were all.. safe.
Maybe next time he should be more clear in his wishing.

Or, in other words, Hajime time travels back to before the killing game during the tragedy, and decides to spend his time as 'Izuru' helping the remnants recover from their brainwashing to hopefully persuade the Future Foundation out of ever sending them in that game, or atleast if he can't do that, making sure they don't fuck it up in their own way.

It will follow every day of their lives for the first year of their recovery and will be filled with their ups and downs as they slowly build themselves back up from the program, their lives and their losses to find a new home and family with each other. (Despite how angsty the tags look its not as angsty as it sounds - for the most part...)

Such a friendship comes with its own set of problems though. Hiyoko has to grapple with righting the wrongs of her past while contending with the expectations of her family. After all, her future has already been arranged by her grandmother, Mitsuko. As Mikan becomes a source of joy and comfort, Hiyoko will finally have to make a choice. Will she continue to live under her grandmother's thumb or break free and chase the life she truly wants to live. One thing is for certain, she isn't going to accept her fate quietly.
