How else would you explain the insane idea of the hotel she was working on? How could you explain that she believed Angel Dust, the most famous drugged up porn star of hell, could be redeemed? How could she have accepted the Radio Demon of all people to be her trusted second in command? Why would she give the crazed inventor a second chance after he tried to sell her off to the Vs, why trust the former overlord at the bar, the crazed cleaning lady, the fallen angel at her side?
Charlie was not naïve – Charlie was born with six Soulmarks and she believed in every single one of her Soulmates. They had all had found their way to her in their times of greatest need and even if they had not recognized yet that she was their Soulmate she would safe every single one of them.
If they needed it she would be their guardian angel.

As he took a sip from his mug, his phone rang, and he nearly spit out his coffee when he saw your circular contact picture pop up on the screen. He had your name as “Ex-Wife (Crazy Bitch)” in his contacts. You had agreed to rule your sections of hell separately and stay out of each other’s way on one condition.
(Vox, your ex husband, cancels your cooking show because of poor ratings. He becomes your co-host and your hate for each other evolves into a tumultuous sexual relationship)
