Summary
Luna reminisces on his life from when he first woke up to the Earth looking at him with such curiosity and wonder to how his and Earth's bond has changed over the years. He realizes that despite everything the Earth has done, whether they were cruel or not, he still cared for his moon. And Luna realizes that perhaps Earth isn't the only one to blame.
He has been mean to Earth too, even if it was not to the extent of what Earth had done.
So he realizes that perhaps, he may have gone too far and hurt the Earth when he yelled at him and that perhaps, this time, Luna was in the wrong.
OR: Luna realizes he's as much as an idiot as his planet and realizes that not only was Earth a jerk at times, he was one too.

Theia's gentle voice echoed softly in Earth's mind, everything else fading away as Theia took his hand in hers. Earth's breathing slowed, eyes fluttering shut, Theia's warm and safe spirit wrapping around him. It felt softer than any other hug he’d ever had from Luna or Mars or Mercury, filled with a new kind of love. Out of habit and because it just felt right, Earth leaned into it. Theia giggled, Proto–Earth's deep chuckle accompanying it and oh my stars he has never felt such a strong connection to beings he literally just met.

Luna is mad at him for ruining his first ever game of Solar Cards, and the rest of the Rockies constantly push him away, refusing to even talk to him, choosing to abandon their card game instead of hearing him out in his moment of genuine confusion and vulnerability. Earth is all alone in the Inner Solar System, left to his thoughts.
The Sun never took the time to talk to his planets outside of Mercury, only to order them back into their orbits or to organize his Sun competitions. But, when he finds himself in discomfort because of Jupiter’s absence, an unexpected presence comes to him. Can a lonely planet bustling with life and a conflicted star in pain find comfort in each other?

He began to think, flipping through his shared knowledge with his Earthlings. He tried to remember what they had discovered about Jupiter and his large gravity. When it suddenly clicked, he sat up straight, horror painted on his face, especially when yet another asteroid flew by uncomfortably close. Of course… Because of his large size and mass, Jupiter kept the asteroid belt in check. Planet X wasn’t nearly as massive as he was, therefore, in his absence, the belt has begun to become unstable. Jupiter himself had confirmed during the trials that his gravity was so significant it affected the Sun’s own orbit, making the two orbit one another with their barycentre being just outside the star, at 7% of his radius from his surface. He shakily looked towards the belt, and noticed how the asteroids were shifting and moving, with some of them flying off either towards the Inner or the Outer Solar System.

What do you think you’re doing?!” He exclaimed, anger leaking through his voice. “I will call the cops, you can trust tha-” And suddenly he swallowed hard, his voice disappearing immediately as the fabric slipped off the figure’s face, and the alarm clock fell out of his frozen hand, cracking open on the ground. His mind whirled, thoughts thrown in every possible direction as he struggled to comprehend what he was looking at. It was his statue, features bathed in moonlight, eyes filled with confusion as they locked with Uranus’s; and then his eyes lit up with recognition, a sudden happiness glowing from within as he stumbled forward again.
“What,” Uranus breathed out, “in the hell, mate.”
Or; Uranus has had a muse for years, and for three years, he's carved a statue in the image of that muse. And then one night, he wakes up... and the statue has come to life.

Titan had tried to get Saturn to remember the other moons' names but it just wasn't working out. Of all the celestial bodies he could have asked, he thought Earth might know what to do due to having a lot of life on his surface. Surely the planet isn't THAT bad, right?
Earth and Luna were chilling out in their orbit when a visitor comes by to ask a couple of questions. The biggest of the bunch ends up shocking his company and companion in surprising facts that they didn't think he knew. I mean who could blame him!

“Now what?” Luna stood in front of all the ingredients, tilting the bottle of vanilla around and watching the liquid swish around inside.
Earth brought the paper up closer to his face. “Now we have to combine a bunch of the ingredients in… a small bowl? Luna, find me a small bowl!”
Luna set down the bottle of vanilla and started opening the floor-level cabinets - but then he stopped, and Earth suddenly realized he was too short to reach the much taller cabinets above. He bit back a laugh, hiding his smile behind the paper - and then opened the rest of the cabinets himself, eyes darting around in search of a small bowl.

BOOM!
The tears formed in his eyes as he gained a new wound – not a plain crater like from impacts in the past, but instead a sluggishly oozing gash in his still-cooling surface.
He didn’t know his planet – their name, their personality, or anything, really. None of that mattered to him now though.
No matter that he only ever saw bigger beings protect the smaller ones – as long as he was the only one awake, he would continue to shield his planet.
OR
Luna is well-known to be protective over his planet. His much larger planet. This pattern is seen nowhere else in the system between moons and their much more massive planets. Here's one way I explore how this could have happened in the time right after the Theia-Proto collision.

Summary
Mars had two of the smallest known moons in the entire Solar System.
Mars knew his moons could handle themselves, they weren't stupid and they always had each other if things got too bad, but- he couldn't help his worry. Not only were they small, but the two were also reckless. They often seemed to forget to be careful, forget their size and all Mars had to do was look away for a second before something could go wrong-
He knew his moons weren't weak. He knew they weren't helpless or pitiful, he knew they could handle themselves-
But when your opponent is who knows how many times your size- well. They could only do so much.
Or
Mars is painfully aware of how small his moons are.
That knowledge brings him no favor during and after the game of asteroid dodgeball against Planet X- especially when he can't find his moons.

Buuuuuttt... this wasn't exactly a pleasant way to find out about what orbital sickness was, and nor was it a very fun experience, no thank you.
The little moon had his back turned towards his sleeping planet, holding his breath in hopes of willing the tears in his eyes away if he just wished enough. Stars, he felt awful! He was so sweaty and hot, yet he couldn't stop shivering, he felt so weak and everything felt so bad and all Luna wanted was a hug but-
But Earth had been sleeping when he came back. His planet already had such huge bags under his eyes. Not to mention, there was no way he should risk getting infected and hurting his Earthlings for Luna's sake. No way.
He was Luna. Just a moon. One who should know his place.
