I have tagged all the characters and relationships as best I can but please scan through and see if there is something you want as I have tried my best to organise it in an easy to read and navigate way.
Anthropomorphising/humanisation of characters (especially physically) will vary (so if you have a preference for a request specify)
(Apologies in advance for my knowledge on the history of this very complex production, please do give notes in the comments about what is right and wrong for the characters - be brutal if a character seems off. I do my research and know a decent amount but still can make mistakes as I am human)

She heard wheels approaching, and froze. She had chosen a hiding place (before her legs had become too hard to move) that was out of the way for a reason- no one should be able to find her unless they were purposely searching. The wheels grew louder, and then stopped. She was motionless, scarcely able to breathe. It was probably someone who had taken a wrong turn, or had just gotten lost- she just had to stay still and quiet, and everything would be fine-

Summary
A week had passed since race night. Since Electra, Greaseball, and Slick had crashed after their hubris got the better of them, and since Rusty had got the girl and won the grand prize. A week of all four being stuck in the repair shed, to fix the damage that had been caused because apparently, racers were allergic to staying out of trouble.
And finally, after Electra was discharged, pride a little wounded but somehow intact, Lumber had announced a party at the Freight Yard, to celebrate Rusty, and also maybe give everyone the chance to de-stress.
Porter hadn't expected anyone to bother with him. He especially hadn't expected for someone to approach, or for it to be Electra.
