Summary
Having grown up in the slums of Mantle, Clover knew what feeling constantly unsafe felt like. But, with rising tensions between the cities, a precarious election leaving his people on the line, and a war on the horizon, things had never felt more perilous.
Then, Qrow Branwen arrives with eight huntsmen-in-training in tow, all of them earnestly offering to help. While the extra assistance is an incalculable relief, Clover simply can’t be more excited – and maybe a little nervous - to be paired up with the famous Huntsman of Vale.
There was only one problem:
Qrow couldn’t stop staring at his ears.

Summary
It was the fall of their Senior year at Vale University. Clover and Qrow had been together for a little more than two years. Even if it took being locked in James’s dorm room closet to get them together.
This year, being their senior year, Qrow, Clover, Tai and James decided that they wanted to take a shot at going to Barbershop Quartet Nationals. As James put it, they wanted to show their mettle on the National Stage.
But when Qrow and Clover get into a fight, the music they pick for the two different quartets becomes more than just part of the competition.

“You mean, with me.”
Ironwood sighed. “Yes, with you, but I refuse to let you take the brunt of the blame. We are a team here and no one saw anything more than you did, including myself. He was just lucky, for once, that details were found that he was able to gain access to that we were not.”
