Summary
The human world is very different to what anyone expected. Things don't happen very quickly. Negotiations need to be made, homes need to be built, laws need to be put in place, and people need to learn to forgive. People on both sides.
Things go a little differently than in the game, and all the changes start with Frisk having a bit of common sense when Papyrus goes off to terrorise some humans.
A queen is met, old friends are reunited, and we learn that Frisk had a life before the Underground. Clothes are bought, and nightmares are... Nightmared. The skelebros learn to stop lying to themselves and each other, Frisk becomes a bit of a counsellor, and Toriel makes them all pie. Oh, and some shipping is done. By the characters. Sans and Toriel ship it.
Or my first published fanfic. Not beta read, not even really planned out. Sorry if there are continuity errors. There probably will be. Pls correct me. Also, it started out as a reader-insert which I changed half way through the first chapter to first person. So... If you see any "you"s that don't look like they should be there, help. I've tried to get them all, but I still might have missed a few. Or a lot. Enjoy?

Chara sighs, hitting their head on to the table. Papyrus doesn't understand the Human's question.
"WHY ARE YOU BORED?" Papyrus tilts his head, a question mark appear on top of his head. "WHAT WERE YOU TRYING TO DO THAT MADE YOU BORED?"
"It doesn't concern you, numb skull..." Chara responds, looking to the side with glowing red eyes. "I just need some entertainment before I do something Sansy won't like."
Papyrus fiddles with his pencil, looking at the Horoscope. The skeleton looks at the brunet, requesting in his all natural tone of joy and sunshine. "OH I KNOW! I CAN ENTERTAIN YOU. HOW ABOUT A FRIENDLY BATTLE TO NEAR DEATH OR EXHAUSTION?"
“Eh? You gotta be kidding with me.” Chara looks at Papyrus, red eyes stare at the skeleton with renewed interest.

This is both a Frisk in Underland or a Chara in Underland (?) But with a major alteration to it...
Papyrus wondered where everyone went as he ran to do his duties as the White Rabbit. Behind him, his brother(?) Cheshire Cat trails behind him. It's also strange to note the silence of WONDERLAND and the sudden disappearance of Alice, remembering that WONDERLAND has a strange obsession with the Human upon their first arrival.
And the weird part here, WONDERLAND orders him vehemently not to stop and unless they say so, do not turn around.

This is a different Frisk then you are used to. She isn’t some angel, although she once was. This is a Frisk that gave into the power of resetting. The feeling of gaining strength was addicting.
Unknown to her someone remembers. Sans grew tired of standing idle and started hunting Frisk. Time lost all meaning, was is a hundred years, was it a thousand.
However after a long enough time Frisk gave up and got the good ending.
It’s been six months since the barrier has been broken and things are going pretty well.
However Frisk and Sans are having a hard time putting their past behind them. but who could blame them. After all, hundreds years of Frisk killing everyone is hard to just leave behind.
It doesn’t help that they are living under the same roof as legally adopted siblings.
As every ones past is revealed will they stay united or will everything they worked for fall apart
