“You aren’t from here, huh?” said Braddock, looking at her legs underneath the flimsy salmon-pink uniform skirt. “Keep it. You’re gonna need it.”
Sasha didn’t respond. Not from here… Of course she wasn’t. She never felt welcome in her own home, let alone this place. Maybe the Boonchuys’ was the closest to home. She tied the denim jacket around her waist, already feeling the cold of the Tower beginning to seep in.
All occurred in a blur, but soon there was a crowd of people. A cold leg cuff being attached to one of her ankles and a chain connecting her to a cell. The soldier who she recognized as Percy (why did she remember that?) set down a bowl— a curved bowl, like that of a pet’s— of indiscernible green slop with bugs mixed in. What was undoubtedly dirty water was set down in a similar bowl in the same unceremonious fashion. She gagged and pushed the bowls away in disgust.
“Brat,” said the Captain, laughing a horrible, grating sound. It was still better than the sound of her parents’ yelling; the sound of vodka bottles shattering in the dead of night.

Anne stood on top of the Wartwood palisade, looking forlornly into the jungle. How long has it been since she came here? Anne did not even want to know, far too long, she came with her two friends...who knew where they were right now.
The number of things that went wrong was almost impressive. They came here together, her, Sasha and Marcy. Anne hoped they could have just retrieved the box and left, but now, Anne could very well be the last human alive in Amphibia. With a deep sigh, Anne shook her head, turning her back to the unforgiving jungle that swallowed both of her friends. She had other duties she needed to tend to and until she was done, the fate of her friends would have to remain a mystery.

Summary
Sasha Waybright has come a long way from her days of seizing power in Amphibia. After realizing King Andrias' dark plans for the music box, she turned against him, forming a rebellion to stop his invasion of Earth. But the scars of betrayal still linger—especially between Sasha and Anne. Well, at least that’s how Sasha feels even after Anne and her confessed their feelings for each other.
In the final battle, the Core threatens to destroy all of Amphibia by crashing the moon onto its surface. In an alternate sequence of events, Sasha wields the power of the stones instead of Anne, knowing it’s the only way to stop the Core and save everyone. However, there’s a catch—Sasha knows that using the stones will kill her. Despite this, she keeps the truth hidden from Anne even though Sasha has broken Anne’s trust twice before. It’s Sasha's choice, knowing that this is how she can protect Anne and the world.
OR
A retelling of the events during the final battle with the moon where Sasha figures out how to use the power of the stones instead. Laced with some role switches, angst, and romance.
