Summary
Instead of the advent of quirks leading to a rise of heroes, society took a much darker turn. Now the Hero Public Safety Commission is the High Public Slave Commission. UA Highschool never existed except in dreams, slave contracts are big business, and just about anyone could end up on a contract.
It was into this world that Uraraka Ochaco was born. Desperate to guarantee her parents' have a comfortable future, she decides to sell herself to the Commission.
