Summary
Digimon Revolt follows Teagan, the female leader, and the other three digidestined through their journey and interactions in the Digital World. Revolt takes place far after the events of Adventure 01, Adventure 02, and Tamers (with canon divergence taking place in Tamers involving minor character death.) The notion that the events that took place in Adventure 01 and 02 are technically fictional in Tamers canon is scrapped in Revolt. Teagan and the other digidestined are sent to the Digital World from present-day America. There have been many digidestined groups sent to the digital world since the events of Tamers, but none have succeeded in defeating the enemy. The digidestined must find out why they are there, how to help their digimon, and most importantly, how to get back home. This fic is very episodic and meant to simulate a legitimate season of the Digimon English dubs that I grew up with (similar corny dialogue, archetypes, and naming conventions) with more mature elements.

And finally, at age fourteen, Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider, roped into becoming a (Junior) Avenger, and kicked off an ancient prophecy that would affect the fate of both worlds.

However a wrench was thrown into their plan with rumours of a mysterious man who sells so-called Phantom Desserts, and how it would magically appear a few seconds after a customer had ordered them.

19 years after the battle against the D-reaper and the effects of Digimon and in particular Renamon are not gone from the mind of one Makino Ruki. Now unhappily married and facing the realities of the world, she lives her life as best she can. But her world is going to be rocked once again as it was in her childhood with the return of the Digimon to the human world.
But she, Jianling and Takato are now adults, and adults lead far different lives then the children they were before hand. And what was simple and innocent under childhood is often complex and complicated in adulthood.
But why have Digimon reappeared? What forces are shaping a new digital world and who now rules the digital world?
