    Hannah becomes Jay’s partner Jay is not trusting of her first two partners he fell in love with them and they left without telling him he had to find out from Voight so he is trying to keep Hannah at arm's length. He is closed off and broody and they end up falling in love.
    In the story eventually, she ends up with Antonio Dawson this story is also connected to a story with Macy Simmons called A Chance Worth Taking and Macy starts with Adam but falls in love with Jay. Which would then end the story with Macy and Jay as the end game.
    Adam & Melly would end up together.

    “I’m on my way okay. I’ll be there in 10. I’ll stay on the line with you the entire time. Keep talking to me, can you do that?”

    There was no reply, just the sound of labored breathing, crying, and a soft hum every once and again.

    This was all to familiar. The same call, same building, just 7 years later.

    Jay stepped on the gas, trying to make a 10 minute ride only 5.
