Rowan Mcgee has been friends with Declan since they were five. Other then Declan's family he always believed that he was the closest person to him. With Declan dead, Rowan doesn't know what to do with his life.
Samir Slade hates Francis Magumbo like how he hates a incomplete puzzle. That man was incompetent, forgetful, and twice his age. The Declan O'mally case forced them to work together, but it didn't bring them any closer.
