The boy Sakura once loved, and who once tried to kill her.
Sasuke.
And standing next to him was… Itachi?
“Sakura-chan!” Sasuke waved at her. With a smile on his face. He called her Sakura-chan.

If someone had told Sakura one day ago that she would puke in front of a crowd of people after seeing her elusive S-Ranked terrorist ex-teammate who deserted her village and tried to kill her, walking with his brother who he had sworn to kill (and he also happened to be an S-Ranked criminal who deserted the village) in a different universe, she would’ve laughed at their face, and probably called them crazy.
Well, that’s her reality now, and it’s not so laughable. Crazy, yes, but not laughable.
Or
Sakura wakes up in a world where everything is the complete opposite of hers and tries to find her way back.

Summary
Sakumo was not the only Hatake of his generation. An older sister who produced a civilian daughter should be nothing more than a footnote in the clan's history. Until, that civilian has a daughter that is far too talented to not get noticed. Kakashi gets handed a too-attached 7 year old and has to move back in the compound with her and her family and its not terrible. Somehow. It kind of is. But like. Being man handled into therapy does a little eensie weensie bit help.

Something about knowing his formerly scary reputation is in tatters frees Kakashi. So he acts as normally as possible, but with some minor changes. Sakura hangs off his hand or arm or shoulders and he pretends that this is absolutely a regular occurrence. The stares persist, but he doesn’t feel as weird as before.
Now though, he has Sakura training harder than before.
Revenge for the birthday invite to his kohai or for making him deal with her summon possibly being a freaky spirit-wolf? He can’t decide which.
Sakura’s learning lighting ninjutsu and meditating to expand her reserves. Sometimes he chucks her into a pond and makes her practice her katas on the water. He throws dull kunai at her and Udon and makes them dodge as he and his pack chase them through the woods. A memorable time was when he just didn’t show up one morning at breakfast, and made her track him.
Kakashi falls into a routine.
Train Sakura like she’s a part of ANBU. Ignore Mebuki’s attempts to discuss Hatake clan records. Break into Inoichi’s office once a week to complain about the previously mentioned stuff. Visit Obito and Rin. Reread Icha Icha. Ignore Yamato’s attempts to invite him out for drinks.
Beautiful, if he says so himself.
