“Yes?” The officer blinks at him, inquiring, sitting back in his seat with an expectant uplift to one brow. His hair was different, longer—faint stubble lined his upper lip. Minute differences, tracked with every blink following his initial surprise…but unmistakable, nonetheless.
Yah! Was K meant to haunt him everywhere!?
Suyeol meets a traffic cop who looks awfully familiar.

"Why do you care? It's not like you missed me or anything. You're the one who talks about privacy and needing space," K huffed under his breath, narrowing his eyes at Su Yeol.
That's not true. For the first time since forever, K was wrong about him. Su Yeol missed him, longed for him too much to his own liking that he thought he might've gone crazy or lovesick.
"No, idiot! god I missed you so bad," Su Yeol yells out in frustration, not thinking twice about what just came out from his lips. He stops on his little rants after realizing how odd and out of character he sounded. K's bewildered expression didn't help the situation at all.
"Wait, shit not like that, I-I meantㅡ"

Suyeol couldn’t move, all he could do was stare at K and breathe in his pheromones. He grew frustrated by K not leaving so he grabbed him by the collar and said directly into his ear. “If you don’t want to hear me beg you to do something inappropriate, you need to get the hell out of here right now.”
K shivered and after a short pause he pulled back and stared down into Suyeol’s eyes as he said, “I want to hear it.”

Everything Suyeol feels about himself; his inability to cope with being in a system, the opinions of others, and all bullying (teasing) from K has finally boiled over. Suddenly, or perhaps very expectedly, Suyeol is having a hard time finding a reason to continue burdening his coworkers with his bullshit.
Edit: So as this progresses my writing improves I swear. I wrote the first few chapters like a year ago as summaries. This was originally supposed to be a oneshot but it spiraled into something more.

“You knew?” Suyeol hisses at K, who’s grinning happily, visibly delighted.
“Of course, I did, you fucking jerk,” he says, and then he’s vaulting across the center console, Suyeol’s arms already coming up to block the fist flying at his face.
It takes a foreign druglord with great Korean skills and an accidental drowning for K to return to Suyeol's life. It takes a lot more than that for Suyeol to realize that he gets to keep him this time.
