A decade had past since the end of Fire and Ice war in Chima, now the king of the lions after his father's passing. Laval is spending the day with his son, though what started as a typical day in Chima turned into a day of destruction. The world they knew would be broken, families torn apart love ones lost. The event known as The Merge would disrupt their lives, more than any conflict they ever faced.
After the Merge, the once isolated citizens of Chima have colonized the area around them, building Neo Chima. Laval, called the King of Chima by outsiders, is now expanding their massive transport system to the rest of the merged lands.
