Leipzig wasn't one for going out often, usually working in the warehouse with Eugen when not on patrol. She was always surrounded by others in relationships, and wanted one of her own. She never expected to find love at a get together, nor did she expect it to be the CO of her base.

Leipzig is bedridden after an accident in the front lines. It's been weeks since that accident and she wishes to write a letter for her sister Nürnberg, but with both hands unable to move she hires the Typist Köln to write for her.
She also happens to awaken a longing for companionship, a wish to alleviate her loneliness, while she writes the letter. Meanwhile Köln happened to be quite invested in her new client.
Perhaps the two can find solace in eachother.

As the ground war rages in Europa, a small base in the Pacific has suddenly become both the decisive force in the Pacific Front, and the place where Azur Lane sends their "problem" officers under the guise of an "International Combined Fleet."
A hodge-podge of different characters with various backgrounds comes a collision course of what can only be described as chaos. Politics, romance, action, and logistical issues (cause there's always logistical issues) will all come together into a cacophony of comedy...probably.
