Summary
Sometimes, though, he is the one who cannot sleep. Who wakes up swathed in the frightening surety that it isn’t over. Who has to practice breathing until he can remember that Ganon is gone in this lifetime, and he gets to live the rest of his life dealing with that fact. What’s a Hero without a purpose, after all. Like tonight, he’ll slink out on silent feet to lay waste to another innocent dummy, and the motion and the exertion tire him out enough to crawl back to bed and fall into unconsciousness. He usually doesn’t completely destroy the thing, though.
Or, Link also has a lot of feelings but he can respect that Zelda is in the thick of it so he keeps it to himself (for now)

Summary
She’s not sure how much time passes that way, in near complete stillness and quiet, until he makes a very quiet humming sound. She drifts back into herself, startled to realize she had become so unaware, and opens the eyes she doesn’t remember closing. The sun is at the horizon, now, and everything is burnt orange and gold, and when she meets his eyes, he nods down at the water.

“Awake two weeks,” Link grumbles over the pot as he stirs the soup, “already trying to fix it.”
“Fix what?” she barks, before she can reel it back in and take a deep breath, and she immediately feels guilty. He shoots her an unimpressed look over his shoulder.
“Zelda,” he says, and she thinks, distantly, that she can’t recall a time before this that he’s ever said her name, especially like that, “it has been two years for me.”
“And?” she snaps, and she knows she’s being rude, that she’s being unfair and mean, but she can’t stop herself. He turns to face her, and even squatting beside a pot of soup, the intensity of his eyes nearly breaks her.
“And some mornings I wake and cannot recognize my own hands,” he says, and she stares at him. He stares back passively, even as he stirs the soup.><><><
Or, Zelda is feeling overwhelmed by the amount of time she's lost, and the amount of time she still, miraculously, has. Link was just hoping he could ease her into it.

It’s time for Link to return to favor.
The dragon’s tear rises into the air. It glimmers just above Link’s head, glowing with the remnants of Zelda’s familiar power, and pop!
Water rains down around him. Everywhere it touches, flowers spring up, and as the last droplet settles into the earth, Silent Princesses rise from the ground, budding and blossoming as blue as the sky.
He might not be able to save her. But he can fulfill his promise, and that resolve seals the crack in his heart like hot wax. The roots catch fire. The flowers in his chest burn away. It hurts so, so much.

Link awoke, without his memories, in a shrine in a mountain on a plateau in the ruined kingdom of Hyrule. You've all heard the tale of what happened next. He meets an old man, gains some power, finds out that man is a king and sets off for Kakariko village. From there, he sets out to recover his memories, free some divine beasts and defeat Calamity.
First, though in other versions of the tale he heads elsewhere, our hero follows the river from lake Hylia up and up into the mountains. There he meets a prince, who greets him with a joyous inquiry.
"Say, hey there! Young one! Up top! Above you! Pardon the entrance, but you're a Rito, aren't you?"

Follows the events of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
There are many parts and some locations that I have made up and are not canon. I have decided to not put in the Champions from the future, and I have altered details about some of the characters. After the events of Age of Calamity end,(after defeating Ganon)the events are purely original and are not part of the Legend of Zelda storyline.
This is a very long story and may be boring in some parts, but it does get more exciting
