For the prompt:
I've seen a couple "Thor punitively rapes Loki, other Avengers step in" prompts (and one awesome fill) here and on Capkink but I'd like to see what happens after help arrives and Thor's hauled off for a crash course in Midgardian views on sexually assaulting one's fallen enemies. (To clarify -- not a continuation/followup of another fic, but a work on its own.)
Loki in captivity, unable to break free or come to terms with his older brother nearly (or actually) raping him to humiliate him. (I'd rather no explicit/textual Loki/Thor, but that's up to anon; definitely no "he secretly enjoyed it!")
Loki bitter as fuck, angry (and still deprived of his magic/otherwise incapacitated) resisting Steve's attempts to be a decent man -- possibly dealing with triggers, but I don't want that to be the main focus of the fic. Steve still horrified and feeling all kinds of bad that he's not the only one with major culture shock, but the only one who willingly makes contact with him as he recovers. And just being generally compassionate as fuck. (And maybe Tony all "wtf, no, you should not be in contact with the Norse god of mindfuck on a regular basis, he's trying to get Lima Syndrome all over you".)

Thor wants Loki to cuddles in his arms in search of comfort willingly so he tries to scare him multiple times with the help of the W3 (Sif doesn’t help because she finds all this stupid). Loki knows what is going on and doesn’t react until he is scared by something they didn’t do (like a spider, a scary image, etc). Make it more funny than scary.

Summary
Loki and the neighbor across the hall trope
Loki's evil lair of evilness is a nice little apartment in the city. Across the hall lives a little old lady (or whoever you want). I'd love a story mostly from her point of view of the strange young man who comes and goes. Does she try to guess his job? Do they have a relationship at all or does she only see him in passing? Make this as silly, cute, serious or cracky as you'd like (though I'm partial to a touch of angst and mothering, after all, Loki comes home beaten to crap from a battle with the Avengers quite a lot 'cause honestly, has he ever won?) Do the Avengers eventually track him down?
Says gen, but feel free to throw in a pairing if your inspired.Bonus points for the old Loki-answers-the-door-in-a-towel-cliche (and its his neighbor's best day EVER. She's old, not dead.)
